Production Time

All derby covers are made to order, even my catalog designs. Production lead time is generally about eight weeks, but there is no guarantee it won’t take longer. I work to a quality standard, not a point in time.

For customized (personalized) derby covers, the same eight weeks applies, but only after you and I settle on the final design. Creating your custom design can take anywhere from a day or two, to a week or two, depending on how complex it is and how many times we go back and forth refining and perfecting the design.

Shipping

I offer both ground shipping and local pickup. Shipping is charged at checkout.

For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, contact me first (jeff@omahaderbycovers.com) so I can get the shipping charges before you order.

Refunds and Returns

Omaha Derby Covers sells two types of derby covers: Stock designs and custom designs.

Pieces from my catalog (either derby covers or timing covers) may be returned for a refund within seven days of receipt, so long as they have not been installed and are returned in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Send all returns to:

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are no refunds on custom sculpted derby covers or timing covers, for any reason.
