Original designs, hand cast in solid bronze in my own shop at the Hot Shops Art Center in Downtown Omaha. Four sizes fit Milwaukee-Eight, Twin Cam, Shovelhead/Evo and Sportster engines.

How they’re made
These aren’t stamped badges or imported castings. I design and sculpt every one of these myself, and cast them in solid bronze in my own shop in Omaha, Nebraska.
- Solid cast bronze. The same bronze I use for my custom derby covers, with real three-dimensional sculpted detail.
- Original designs. Every design here is my own and available only from Omaha Derby Covers.
- Four coats of 2K clearcoat. Gloss on most designs, matte on a few (like the Raven Skull). Wash with the same mild soap you use on the rest of the bike and dry with a soft cloth. No polishing compounds or abrasives.
- Everything included. Black-oxide stainless steel mounting bolts come with every cover. Shipping to the lower 48 is included in the price too.

What does it cost to ship?
Nothing extra. $145 is the complete price anywhere in the lower 48 US: shipping and mounting hardware are included. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international orders, email me first at jeff@omahaderbycovers.com so I can quote shipping before you order.
How fast will I get it?
If the design is in stock in your size, it ships within one business day of your order. If it isn’t, you can still order it: I make it to order, and my target is to have it out the door in 3–4 weeks.
Will it fit my bike?
I make four sizes: Milwaukee-Eight (2.5″, holes at 3 & 9), Twin Cam (3″, five holes), Shovelhead/Evo/2003-and-later Sportster (3.1″, holes at 3 & 9), and 2002-and-earlier Sportster (3.1″, holes at 6 & 12). They do not fit Milwaukee-Eight engines with Variable Valve Timing (VVT) yet. If you’re unsure, call 402-321-9639.
What comes in the box? How does it go on?
Everything you need: the bronze timing cover and black-oxide stainless steel mounting bolts. It bolts on in place of your existing timing cover, using the included bolts or your own. Questions on your bike? Call me.
What’s the return policy?
Catalog timing covers can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, as long as they haven’t been installed and are in resalable condition. Returns have a 25% restocking charge, and you pay return shipping. Custom sculpted pieces can’t be refunded. Full details: Shipping and Returns.
How do I take care of it?
Wash it with mild soap, the same as the rest of your bike, and dry with a soft cloth. Don’t use polishing compounds or abrasives.
